Ich habe 13 Jahre in einem eCommerce-Unternehmen gearbeitet, das in dieser Zeit vom kleinen Startup zum 100 Mio. € Business gewachsen ist. Dabei habe ich Erfahrung im Business Development, Change Management, Marketing, Produktmanagement und Customer Service gesammelt.

Ich bin durch und durch analytisch und gehe den Dingen gern auf den Grund. Am Symptom arbeite ich gar nicht erst, ich will die Ursache beheben. Ich habe die Gabe zu sehen, was das Problem ist und ich werde es für dich sichtbar machen.

Ich bin selbst äußerst effektiv. Von der kleinen Studentin im Kundenservice habe ich es bis zur Business Development Direktorin geschafft. Und das, ohne mich jemals bewerben zu müssen! Auf meinem Weg habe ich mehrere Teams aufgebaut, geführt und effektiv gemacht.

Ich helfe Gründern dabei, sich als Strategen und Chefs zu positionieren, um ihre Teams so zu führen, dass alle an einem Strang ziehen und die Unternehmensziele ohne Umwege errreicht werden. Led a global customer care team (with representatives based in Leipzig, Berlin, Boston and Greensburg) with the task to check the printability of by customers uploaded designs; reduced team from 11 to 5 people within 12 weeks due to scaling and automation of processes. Implemented KPI thinking and processes & policies related to copyright law; reduced cost per piece and complaint rate in Production due to improved design pre-press.

Acted as the right hand of the Customer Service Director, supporting him with strategy, project management and daily business: definition of KPIs; implementation of an error management process between Customer Service and Production; implementation of the net promoter score (NPS) as performance measure; implementation of a global customer satisfaction survey in 10 languages (that is still running and evaluation criterion for customer service representatives)
