Implemented KPI thinking and processes & policies related to copyright law; reduced cost per piece and complaint rate in Production due to improved design pre-press.

Acted as the right hand of the Customer Service Director, supporting him with strategy, project management and daily business: definition of KPIs; implementation of an error management process between Customer Service and Production; implementation of the net promoter score (NPS) as performance measure; implementation of a global customer satisfaction survey in 10 languages (that is still running and evaluation criterion for customer service representatives)
